Laurie is a UTD alumni with a bachelor's degree in Accounting.  Working in the corporate world for years as a Financial Planning Manager, numbers are her specialty.  Laurie can walk the buyer or seller through the financials and help build value through understanding net proceeds.  Her partnership with her husband in residential investing since 2011 provides unsurpassed market knowledge.  As a licensed Realtor® since 2016 and now Owner/Broker of Brews Realty, Laurie will provide the extra focus clients need to help with their home purchase, listing, or investing needs.  Laurie has experience helping buyers with dream homes, foreclosure and unique sale properties, investment property, new build representation, and listing all types of land and homes.

Shane is a proud U.S. Army veteran and began building residential homes for major production builders in 2000.  He also spent years as a municipal inspector gaining extensive knowledge of building codes.  Since 2011 Shane has been self-employed investing in real estate for both rentals and renovation projects.  As a Realtor® since 2016 this expertise in the industry allows first-hand knowledge of pricing and value for the client as well as what to look for from the construction side.  Shane has experience helping buyers find their dream home and is an expert multi-million producer listing acreage properties and homes.
